Why buy the other episodes (exept for 400 days)

The first chapter of this game....Ahhhh...mazing but I want to play the other chapters but you have to buy them why? I mean I understand why you have to buy the 400 days episode but why the others? To me I think its just the developers trying to pick pocket you. So please for God make the other episodes (not 400) free PLEASE
