Very Frustrated

I think it was a year ago that I bought the first full season of this game plus the 400 days bonus. A while ago my phone broke so when I went to get a new one I completely forgot about this game. From what I remember I only completed 3 episodes before I broke my phone and was not done with the game yet. Today I re-downloaded the app and tried to restore my purchases but I had no luck, all I ask is that you please give me my $19.99 back or restore my purchases. So far it was a really good game and I would like to continue it, I just need your help.
