Fun but now broken

I downloaded the full game in Oct. 2014 and it was working fine. I purchased the $20 bundle, but I deleted and redownloaded the game recently. All the seasons are now unpurchased with me having to buy it again. If you played this game before it was worth it, but now its broken. Dont waste your money now.
